February Vermouth Workshop . ** Please note this event is now SOLD OUT**

Join us at Isca in Levenshulme for a winter vermouth making workshop hosted by the talented Emma from Into The Gathering Dusk.

We will be chatting history, ingredients, methods and techniques. You'll then be ready to make your unique wild dry vermouth using flowers, herbs, barks, spices, fruits and bitter roots and some wonderful organic wine selected by Caroline Dubois.

Tickets are £35.

Your ticket price includes a Dusk welcome drink and everything you'll need to make your own bottle of vermouth to take home.

The workshops are small and friendly, don’t worry if you don’t have a vermouth making buddy yet, lots of people come along on their own so you will have one by the end of the evening!

Excellent natural wine and organic snacks available during the workshop and afterwards.

The workshop starts at 6:30pm, please feel free to come along before hand for a drink or snack.
