Rémi Sedes started out in 2013 with a plot of 20-year-old isolated vines leased from local biodynamic godfather Jacques Caroge. For FRemi, winemaking is a lifestyle choice; he wants to work outdoors in the fresh air and without machines - his Shire horses are an important part of his winemaking process.

Rémi is a Gamay specialist, and this vibrant rose is 100% Gamay. This year's vintage is a balance of structure, aromatics and acidity, and absolute juice. Hand harvested, bottled in February 2020 with no filtration or added sulphur.
