From 30 year old pergola trained Albariño on granite plot, around 2km from the Atlantic. The whole bunches are pressed directly and the juice is then aged in stainless steel for just under a year. A pure and saline expression of the variety and its region, with that edgy acidity that comes from the granite soil.

No added sulphur.

Constantina is going against the grain of her region, she doesn’t use chemicals, herbicide, sulphite, etc…
