We are excited to be hosting the next instalment of our Things Palace collaboration at Isca in Levenshulme on the 09/03/2020. We look forward to working with Lorcan again.
Lorcan has worked across the globe starting out in Melbourne, Australia working his way up to the Restaurant Attica. He then started a 6-year voyage that lead him through restaurants in Thailand, America, and Germany. Before settling in Manchester’s very own Where The Light Gets In. As well as Things Palace much of his focus is on fermentation and preservation projects that coincide closely with the seasons, local produce and waste management.
Things Palace will be offering a table of 6 dishes spread over 3 courses for £32. The menu takes inspiration from Malaysia and Southeast Asia while focusing on English grown produce.
We will be offering a selection of wine by the glass or bottle from our extensive list, beers and non-alcoholic choices that can be bought on the night.
